(1) increase the income of 5,500 poor, vulnerable, marginalized, and women-led households in Bagmati Province by 15% by 2028, resulting in enterprise profit growth,
(2) ensure the systematic distribution and safe usage of water sources in selected municipalities to benefit a population of 22,500 by 2028,
(3) enhance the leadership capacity of 25% of active participants among 29,150 targeted beneficiaries,
(4) enhance the assets-building and decision-making capacity of 2.5% of inclusive participants among 14,575 targeted beneficiaries, and
(5) improve the governance and institutional infrastructure of Focus Nepal up to national standards by 2028.
FOCUS Nepal embarked on its impactful journey on Falgun 23, 2059 BS (March 7, 2003 AD) with official registration in Dhading. Since April 8, 2003 AD, it has actively engaged with the Social Welfare Council, cementing its commitment to social betterment. Extending its reach beyond Dhading, FOCUS Nepal has gained valuable experiences in Gorakha, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchok, and Makwanpur districts. By steadfastly addressing community needs and prioritizing well-being, FOCUS Nepal operates across various sectors, reinforced by invaluable support from governmental bodies and international donors proudly celebrating 20 years of dedicated and fruitful service.
