The mission of Focus Nepal is to promote the prosperity and well-being of poor, vulnerable, socially excluded groups of people, and women-led entrepreneurs in Bagmati province. The organization aims to achieve this by mobilizing quality resources, encouraging income and enterprise profit growth, and building good governance capacity of society and institutions.
